Who is this guy?    

       I’m Jeremy Hickling and I’ve been a FULL time Realtor and Loan Originator for over 12 years here in the Seattle Washington area specializing in the Renton, Kent, Auburn, Bellevue, Seattle and Tacoma home markets. It doesnt matter if it's new construction or resale homes, Condo's or Townhomes if you have questions I can answer them.  

     Like most everyone, my wife Jan and I have witnessed home values skyrocket and then plummet! I’ve been fortunate to help many people out of some tough situations and even though we can all see the bottom of this poor housing economy, things won’t be the way they were in the past. And that’s actually good and it will just take some getting used to.   

     We know firsthand what it means to find the right home for our family. Our experiences buying our first home were frustrating enough to convince me that I could do a better job and save a ton of money so I dropped out of corporate facilities management and did just that. And I haven’t looked back since!

      
     Jan, and I and our 4 daughters have lived in the Puget Sound and King county region for many years and although Renton has been our home for 15 of those years now, my familiarity with all of King County gives me a fantastic advantage over most of my peers. Balanced that with sharp technical skills and tenacity and you and I together can get nearly any home purchase or sale done to your advantage.
